  • The apartment building is situated in the 5th district of Vienna (Margareten) with optimal access to public transportation at the end of a quiet dead end street that opens out into the Scheupark. Within 2 min. walking distance you reach the subway station "Pilgramgasse" (U4), only 2 stations away from "Karlsplatz/Oper" or 3 stations from "Stephansplatz". The district has great infrastructure and offers a wide variety of special shops besides grocery, post office, etc. The well known Vienna "Naschmarkt" is close by as well as several nice restaurants and pubs (e.g. "Schlossquadrat" at Margaretenplatz or the "Little Stage", an Irish pub right on the next corner).

  • Information: The apartments have all been renovated between November 2007 and April 2008. They are affectionately and modern furnished within a typical Viennese historic house with high and bright rooms connected by old style Viennese doors. Our guests feel at ease with the typical Viennese ambience and enjoy their stay in Vienna!

  • This ample apartment is located in the first floor and equipped with stylish old viennese doors with 5 windows towards the street side in the south and 2 windows towards the park in the west. A special feature of the apartment is a transparent over roofed terrace with view to the park. This apartment is applicable for extended families or groups. A small combined entrance with Top 10 additionally separates the two flats from the staircase. For larger groups concurrent booking of both apartements would be applicable. Top 9 consists of following rooms:

    Small Bedroom with loft bed for 2 persons, integrated closet, two desks and two safes.
    Big Bedroom with double loft bed for 4 persons, big built in closet, and a little lounge.
    Living-/bedroom with bunk bed for 2 persons and a comfortable lounge.
    Anteroom with dining corner
    Bathroom marble, with 2 washdishes, shower and corner bath.
    Separated toilet
    Kitchen completely equipped with a dishwasher, a stove with oven, microwave oven, coffee machine, toaster, egg boiler, electric kettle, etc.
    Terrace, 12 m², transparent over roofed, westwards view to the park.
