Cancellation conditions:
Until at least 3 months prior to the date of arrival, both, the guest and GAL Apartments Vienna are allowed to rescind the Accommodation Agreement. If any, the minimum administrative fee of 25 Eur (which covers transaction charges and credit card charges for down payment and refund transfers) will be taken from the down payment.
In case of cancellation by 1 month before the date of arrival, the down payment will be withheld and converted into a voucher of the same amount. This voucher can be used for another booking and redeemed during a one year period.
In case of cancellation by 31 days to 7 days before the date of arrival a cancellation fee of 30% of the total agreed price (maximum: EUR 500,-) will be charged.
In case of cancellation within the last 7 days before the date of arrival a cancellation fee of 100% of the total agreed price (maximum: EUR 1000,-) will be charged.
In case of premature departure a cancellation fee of 100% of the total agreed price for the remaining period (maximum: 7 nights) will be charged.
