• The apartment building is situated in the 5th district of Vienna (Margareten) with optimal access to public transportation at the end of a quiet dead end street that opens out into the Scheupark. Within 2 min. walking distance you reach the subway station "Pilgramgasse" (U4), only 2 stations away from "Karlsplatz/Oper" or 3 stations from "Stephansplatz". The district has great infrastructure and offers a wide variety of special shops besides grocery, post office, etc. The well known Vienna "Naschmarkt" is close by as well as several nice restaurants and pubs (e.g. "Schlossquadrat" at Margaretenplatz or the "Little Stage", an Irish pub right on the next corner).

They are affectionately and modern furnished within a typical Viennese historic house with high and bright rooms connected by old style Viennese doors.   We provide our guests with free bed-linen, towels and dish clothes. During stays which last more than 10 nights the flat will be cleaned every 7 - 10 days and all towels changed. Fresh bed-linen will be provided on demand. At your arrival you will find the most necessary things like soap, toilet paper, dish washing detergent, etc. for the first days. All of these mentioned services are included in our already low prices.

This apartment can be rented as a whole as well as the three units independently (Top 20a, 20b, 20c). The price above is for the whole apartment Top 20. This apartment is applicable for extended families and groups. The whole apartment consists of the following rooms:

  Kitchen completely equipped with a dishwasher, a stove with oven, microwave oven, coffee machine, toaster, egg boiler, electric kettle, etc. and with a second fridge.
