- The apartment building is situated in the 5th district of Vienna (Margareten) with optimal access to public transportation at the end of a quiet dead end street that opens out into the Scheupark. Within 2 min. walking distance you reach the subway station "Pilgramgasse" (U4), only 2 stations away from "Karlsplatz/Oper" or 3 stations from "Stephansplatz". The district has great infrastructure and offers a wide variety of special shops besides grocery, post office, etc. The well known Vienna "Naschmarkt" is close by as well as several nice restaurants and pubs (e.g. "Schlossquadrat" at Margaretenplatz or the "Little Stage", an Irish pub right on the next corner).

- Információ: Our holiday flats are all located in a typical Vienna residential house in Wilhelminian style from 1880. The interior was beautifully renovated in 2007. You stay here for a bargain price and on top you can settle back in a nice, comfortable and homelike atmosphere.

- In the courtyard of the apartment house there are 3 parking lots available for our guests, that can be rented additionally. There is enough space to leave bikes in the courtyard.
The renovation of this apartment has just been finished at the beginning of June 2008.
The apartment is located in the elevated ground floor with two windows towards the southern street side and two towards the park in the west. It consists of the following rooms :
Living- / sleeping room with a double bed, closet, modern daybed for the 3rd person (120x200 cm or 48"x80"), sideboard
Kitchen completely equipped (with a stove, oven, microwave oven, coffee machine, toaster, egg boiler, electric kettle, etc.) with a nice eating place
Bathroom with washbasin and shower
Separated toilet
We provide our guests with free bed-linen, towels and dish clothes. During stays which last more than 10 nights the flat will be cleaned every 7 - 10 days and all towels changed. Fresh bed-linen will be provided on demand. At your arrival you will find the most necessary things like soap, toilet paper, dish washing detergent, etc. for the first days. All of these mentioned services are included in our already low prices.
