The apartment building is situated in the 5th district of Vienna (Margareten) with optimal access to public transportation at the end of a quiet dead end street that opens out into the Scheupark. Within 2 min. walking distance you reach the subway station "Pilgramgasse" (U4), only 2 stations away from "Karlsplatz/Oper" or 3 stations from "Stephansplatz". The district has great infrastructure and offers a wide variety of special shops besides grocery, post office, etc. The well known Vienna "Naschmarkt" is close by as well as several nice restaurants and pubs (e.g. "Schlossquadrat" at Margaretenplatz or the "Little Stage", an Irish pub right on the next corner).

Our hotel is situated in the art and cultural metropolis of Vienna, in the Mautner Markhof-Gasse close to the Simmeringer Hauptstrasse in Vienna’s 11th district (known as “Simmering”). Our location is ideal, between the Vienna city centre and Vienna’s Schwechat airport.

The most beautiful sights and attractions can be reached by public transportation (the U3 underground line and tram, for example) in a matter of minutes: St. Stephen’s Cathedral, the Kärntnerstrasse, Graben, Kohlmarkt, as well as the Ringstrasse with the Vienna State Opera, the Art and Natural History Museums, the Hofburg palace and the National Library, all of which are to be found in the centre of the city.
