El edificio de apartamentos está situado en el 5 º distrito de Viena (Margareten) con óptimo acceso al transporte público al final de una tranquila calle sin salida que se abre para revelar la Scheupark. Dentro de 2 min. a pie llegar a la estación de metro "Pilgramgasse" (U4), sólo 2 estaciones situadas fuera de la "Karlsplatz / Oper" o 3 estaciones de "Stephansplatz". El distrito tiene una gran infraestructura y ofrece una amplia variedad de tiendas de ultramarinos, además, oficina de correos, etc Viena conocido "Naschmarkt" está cerca, así como varios restaurantes y pubs (por ejemplo, "Schlossquadrat" a Margaretenplatz o la "Pequeña Etapa ", un pub irlandés derecho en la próxima esquina).

En el patio de la casa apartamento hay 3 zonas de estacionamiento disponibles para nuestros clientes, que se puede alquilar adicionalmente. Hay suficiente espacio para dejar las bicicletas en el patio.

The building "Wohlmutstrasse 24 " is situated in a calm side street, very near the city center of Vienna (“St. Stevens Place”) and even nearer to the Viennese “Prater” with the famous “Riesenrad”, the “Giant Wheel”. It is also not far to the Danube island, the ideal recreation area with possibility for relaxing, swimming, and water sports. Also very near to the apartment you find the Commercial Exhibition Center, the convention center, the Congress Center and the University of European Business Management.
The subway U2 (Station “Messe-Prater”) you got in only 2 minutes walking distance from the apartment. The U2 takes you directly to the center of the city within 5 minutes.
You find stores to buy everything you need for daily life, a supermarket is situated in 1 minute walking distance from the apartment. In the surrounding roads there are many typical Viennese restaurants with good Viennese kitchen, (“Wiener Schnitzel”) and beautiful gardens.

Guests can reach Oberlaa's Wien Spa Bath in 12 minutes by car. The Golf Club Wienerberg is 3 km from the property. In the nearby recreation area, there are several ponds, playgrounds, football fields, bike paths and a beach volleyball court.
Belvedere Palace and Gardens are 3 km away and can be easily reached by public transport. Reumannplatz underground station is a 20-minute walk away from the Royal Living Apartments.
